5. PUBLISHERS SHOPPING HOUSE CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

PUBLISHERS SHOPPING HOUSE guarantees the quality of any product which carries the PUBLISHERS SHOPPING HOUSE name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any PUBLISHERS SHOPPING HOUSE product purchased from PUBLISHERS SHOPPING HOUSE website, we offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping charges). 19. SINGAPORE LAW
